描述
In a world where superheroes have lost their way, Alan Moore weaves an intricate tale of morality, power, and the human condition. With a mix of gritty realism and thought-provoking philosophy, readers are drawn into the lives of these once-great champions as they grapple with their own flaws and the consequences of their actions.
Set against a backdrop of political intrigue and societal decay, the story challenges the notion of heroism and questions what it means to truly save the world. Moore’s rich storytelling and compelling characters elevate the superhero genre to new heights, making it more than just a collection of capes and battles.
As layers of mystery unfold, fans of the genre will appreciate the depth and complexity that each page offers. More than a comic, it's a mirror reflecting the darkest corners of humanity, inviting readers to ponder the thin line between savior and villain.

DNF at 60%I really gave this one a chance, but it is just so incredibly slow. When the story starts to pick up, the flow is interrupted by the written pages at the end of each chapter. While some of them help build important background to the characters being discussed, others were not as interesting or necessary and ruined the flow of the actual story. I like the commentary on superheroes but i think this might be one I just need to watch instead. The art is good but is so crammed full of speech bubbles that you can’t even enjoy it.
