What am I made of?
Sixteen-year-old Dakota Lester is riding a hot streak. Not only is he the sophomore class president, but also he has successfully procured his drivers license and left his turbulent past of bullies and fractured relations with his father behind. When the Infinity School District starts cutting programs and extracurricular activities in order to balance its budget, Dakota finds himself unwillingly nominated to unify the student body and fight the powers-that-be. When tragedy strikes Dakota and his best-friend-turned-girlfriend, Erin Taylor, Dakotas world is turned upside down, and instead of thinking about how to unite students against the school board, Dakota must ask himself what hes made of and how to save a life.
In this second helping of Dakota Lester's world, author Josh Clark explores what it means to love deeply, laugh loudly and live every moment as though it is your last.
