描述
He is deathly pale. His fingernails are cut to sharp points. His teeth protrude menacingly from his mouth in clouds of rancid breath. Yet even Count Dracula's unnerving appearance and the frightened reaction of the local peasants fail to warn Jonathan Harker, a young man from England, about his host. Little does Jonathan know that this is a land where babies are snatched for their blood and wolves howl menacingly from the forest, where reality is far more frightening than superstition. What's more, it's going to be up to him to stop the world's most bloodthirsty predator.

Bram Stoker's Dracula - Full Cast Audiobook Produced by Elysian Nightfall Studios
In this Classic Gothic Horror, Dracula is presented with a multi-narrator cast in this unabridged 1897 original text version.
I SO enjoyed this audiobook!
I've never read Dracula before. I mean, it's been on my list for awhile because it's a classic and I have quite a few challenges/quests where I'm trying to read a bunch of classics, but I've never had the urge to pick this one up.
After reading A Dowry of Blood earlier this year, it kind of turned me off to Dracula, but when I saw this audiobook, I felt I needed to give it a go. It's October, so it's a great time for a spooky story and I do love a good Vampire story.
I am SO glad that I did. This full cast version was delightfully immersive and I really enjoyed all of the narrators. It felt like it brought this pretty old classic to life. I could imagine the story taking place now with the story really coming to life.
I didn't know that the styling of the novel was First Person POV, but kind of epistolary style with everyone's narration delivered as a diary entry or letter. It was such a cool delivery device. I mean, I've read epistolary before, but since I didn't expect it, it was even better to be surprised with this full cast version.
I'm so glad I did. I'm not sure that I would've enjoyed it as a book on my first readthrough as much. Because of the number of characters and the frequent changes, the audiobook narrator changes were really nice to ensure I was on track with the POV changes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the book
⭐⭐⭐⭐💫 For this specific audiobook
