描述
Most PIs chase bad guys. Astrid Knightstorm chases demons.
You'd think that after battling a demon, Astrid Knightstorm would deserve a break. No such luck for Austin's premier wizard private detective.
Her former master and mentor, Orpheus, has gone off grid. And with rising tensions at the Hellmouth—the literal gateway to the nine realms of hell—she's getting worried.
What begins as a fact-finding mission to LA embroils Astrid in a battle to save the world from an invasion of monsters that even an army of vampires struggles to contain.
And to win the fight, she must team up with her brother, who walked out on her when she was fourteen.
With her past cases coming back to haunt her and a fallen angel facing injustice, Astrid must learn to trust herself and the family she thought abandoned her.
Some cases are about fixing problems. This one is about fixing herself.
Infernal Gate is book three in the electrifying Knightstorm Arcane Investigations urban fantasy series. Perfect for fans of Jim Butcher's Dresden Files, Patricia Briggs, and Ilona Andrews, this fast-paced adventure features a snarky wizard detective, supernatural mysteries, and a world where Magick hides in plain sight.
