First of all you rewally NEED to have read eclipse[b:Eclipse|428263|Eclipse (Twilight, #3)|Stephenie Meyer|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1267224699s/428263.jpg|2675454] before reading this book.not the movie. the book. it's a really good, book that probaly should never have been made. why i say that is, i felt sad the first time bree died then this book comes out and you get to know her better, you find out about her fears, her loves and her friend. now i just feel sad all over again. i still think that bree would have made a good cullen :o( i need to re read eclipse again before i can really give this book a proper review, but you really shouldn't have to do homework before reading a book. but it's not a very good stand alone book. you know it ties in( at the end but i'm sure it ties in at other places as well). but to those who are thinking of reading this book. read it and see what you think, it's a good book, but it left me confused with all the tie in's.
