If you are suffering for Mercy withdrawals. This might be ideal for you. It has some previously published shorts as well as ones I haven't encountered before ...or have I.... Yeah that is just another excuse to re read the series, Yeah like i really NEED another excuse to re read the series. Anyway if you have never read any of the mercy thompson books.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! these books are amazing and are among what i would call the new classics of urban fantasy.If it isn't your kind of thing well then that's ok. you don't Have to like them you just have to at least know who i am going on about when i do reviews like this....Speaking of which i really should get back to it!this is a collection of shorts with various characters as the centre of the story. Each one is an interesting read. i really think when i do my re read i will be looking at these characters quite differently... as i mentioned before characters from "Mercy's world" are pretty much the feature of each story. so there is:Silver:Samuel and ArianaFairy Gifts:Thomas. not sure where he is from but he in the "Main Character" of this shortGray :Elyna .Another one not related to mercy but still a good read Seeing Eye:Tom and Moira (i love these guys)Alpha & Omega:aka Alpha and Omega 0.5. the prequel to the seriesThe Star of David:DavidRoses in Winter:Kara and AsilIn Red, With Pearls:WarrenRedemption:BenHollow MERCY! *fangirl moment* ok im fine now.ok thats it. i think this may be the longest review i have ever done.....it so deserves it and more!
