The Calling

For multiple nights, Miki O'Ryan has secretly entered the abandoned Sullivan Theater to observe a mysterious, shadowy group performing eerie routines that blend gymnastics, dance, and magic. Upon catching Miki one night, the director welcomes her to join them. The Theater of the Dead is a gothic ensemble where all members pretend to be vampires. Miki is delighted to finally find a family, albeit an unusual one. When the handsome Davin is assigned as her partner-and hints at romantic interest-Miki is eager to follow the Theater of the Dead anywhere. However, whenever Miki dances with them, she feels they're casting a spell with their sensual movements and mesmerizing eyes. Could these peculiar people be more than they seem? Miki realizes she might be at risk of losing her life-and soul-to the Theater of the Dead.
