The Space between Here & Now

Seventeen-year-old Aimee Roh suffers from Sensory Time Warp Syndrome, a unique condition that causes her to time travel whenever she smells something connected to her past. Her father believes she'll eventually outgrow it, but Aimee's fear of disappearing suddenly has barred her from a normal life. A nine-hour disappearance into a previously forgotten memory of her estranged mother sends her into a panic. The memory conflicts with her father's account, prompting Aimee to journey to Korea. There, she uncovers the truth about her mother and her own condition, ultimately understanding she must accept her past to preserve her present.
