描述
Most PIs chase bad guys. Astrid Knightstorm chases demons.
Just when Astrid Knightstorm is starting to believe things are going her way, a precious fae gemstone crumbles in her hands. Worse, it belongs to a High Priestess who hates her guts.
As punishment, Astrid is ordered to investigate a disturbance in the treacherous fae Wildlands. What she finds is Vorathium, a demon literally hell bent on destruction.
As creatures spill through the weakening barriers and a feral werewolf prowls Austin's streets, Astrid makes a shocking discovery. Her parents are alive, trapped in the Realm of Lost Souls.
Now she's caught between fae dynasty politics and a demon who feeds on despair and wants nothing more than to escape to the mortal world.
Some cases test your skills. This one could cost her family.
Twisted Fae is book two in the electrifying Knightstorm Arcane Investigations urban fantasy series. Perfect for fans of Jim Butcher's Dresden Files, Patricia Briggs, and Ilona Andrews, this fast-paced adventure features a snarky wizard detective, supernatural mysteries, and a world where Magick hides in plain sight.
