Everything that happens inside the high chambers obeys its own it is a place where time seems to play strange games and do strange things. It is somewhere inside the high chambers that Spire resides, and he, and only he, controls the fate of everything that will happen in both worlds. He controls the fate of 9/11.
One decision could alter everything, for all time and for everyone, but only one man can convince Spire to make the right decision and synchronise the two worlds forever.
Can the ordinary man from the future locate Spire in the high chambers? Can he carry out his mission and stop the attacks on the World Trade Towers?
