A wicked queen separates Princess Elisa from her eleven brothers while they are still small children. She turns them into swans, and send Elisa to live with peasants until her fifteenth birthday. When Elisa returns to the palace, the queen cast a spell on her so that her father does not recognize her. Elisa decides to search for her brothers.
