It started off strong and I was on the edge of my seat, so to speak, and then it felt like it slowly drug on. Once we got to the diaries, I felt myself checking out until the last few chapters.

And honestly? The concept itself is so good — dividing society based on personality traits sounds smart… until you realize humans are way too messy to fit into neat little boxes 👀 Genres (aka peak YA dystopia starter pack): ⚔️ Dystopian rebellion chaos 🔥 Strong female lead energy 🖤 Morally grey system vs freedom 💣 Government conspiracy vibes 💋 YA romance + trauma bonding ✨ “I don’t fit into society” core Verdict: Action-packed, emotional, and very peak-2010s YA dystopian energy.
