The original hardcover edition of a perennial favorite, The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman, which has sold more than one million copies and is the only novel to win both the Newbery Medal and the Carnegie Medal. Bod is an unusual boy who inhabits an unusual place—he's the only living resident of a graveyard. Raised from infancy by the ghosts, werewolves, and other cemetery denizens, Bod has learned the antiquated customs of his guardians' time as well as their ghostly teachings—such as the ability to Fade so mere mortals cannot see him. Can a boy raised by ghosts face the wonders and terrors of the worlds of both the living and the dead?

3.5/5"You're always you, and that don't change, and you're always changing, and there's nothing you can do about it."(The graveyard book, Neil Gaiman)

⭐️3-3.5The audiobook was excellent, and the book overall was fine, not a bad read. However, my love of the book would probably have been greater if I had read it when I was a kid.

I'm excited to read more of Gaiman's works and i just say this was a really good audiobook.I never had read a middle-grade book before and it was a great surprise. In the beginning, I wasn't very sure about the writing and the story but little by little I was falling in love with the characters, especially Nobody Owens.

The Graveyard book is such a brilliant read. A boy who has grown up his entire life in a Graveyard is raised and educated by the ghosts themselves. But, the real world hold more threat than that of the ghosts and ghouls. I love Neil Gaiman's style of writing. It's has great world and character building, allowing me personally to see every image depicted through words, in my mind. Spooky, mysterious, thrilling and even heartwarming.
