View AllYet another master class in world building from Brandon Sanderson. I love how he manages to come up with these weirdly unique magic systems in his books. The characters in this book are very well written and have unique personalities that keep them very interesting.I love that the story does a great job at making you think about who are the good and bad people and how it's sometimes a matter of perspective rather than just being so black and white. The way the main characters grow throughout the story is so refreshing as well but then Brandon Sanderson has been good at this in other books of his that I've read as well. It's a great setup for Stormlight Archives and an excellent cosmere novel!
