View AllSo... I was very excited to start reading this because I really like the premise. However, I was pretty disappointed with the result. I thought the book lacked pace and the overall writing was sub par in my view. The book just never grabbed me the way I was hoping to be grabbed by a zombie story. I tried to like it but unfortunately I just thought it lacking. When the book was done I was more happy to be able to start a new one than excited by the ending. I thought the ending was a complete lackluster finale. So... 2 stars.
