Adventuring with Love Becoming a More Loving Person

Twenty-six persons created this book. All were members of three classes at the First United Methodist Church, Wenatchee, Washington. For over two years we explored the unconditional love of God and the various forms of divine and human love, especially for those usually named "unlovable." Dr. Robert Brizee, a clergy person and counseling psychologist, moderated the classes and wrote most of the first draft, which was then edited by the group. Dr. Robert A. Anderson, a physician who was a founder and first president of the American Holistic Medical Association, shared research which affirmed that love is healthy, especially for the immune and cardiovascular systems. Ms. Susan Gillin, a technical writer for the Chelan County PUD, graciously volunteered to edit the entire book. Throughout, other members offered helpful experiences and perspectives. We now wish to share our journey so that you may join us in Adventuring in Love.
