Alternative Food Networks: Knowledge, Practice and Politics

Farmers' markets, veggie boxes, local foods, organic products and Fair Trade goods - how have these once novel, "alternative" foods, and the people and networks supporting them, become increasingly familiar features of everyday consumption?
