And Then There Were None
Description
Agatha Christie masterfully weaves a tale of suspense and intrigue, where every character becomes a suspect and trust is a luxury no one can afford. As they attempt to uncover the identity of their enigmatic host and the motive behind the terrifying game, the tension escalates, and a race against time ensues. The allure of unraveling who will survive and who will fall captivates the reader, making the story a timeless classic in the world of mystery fiction.
Reviews
No Poirot No Miss Marple No Tommy and Tuppence! Outside her 'meat and two veg' detectives AC struggles badly . None.. very much labours under the burden of being too smart for its own good. Did I like it? No but I was expecting something wonderful and disappointment reigns. Someone out there please tell me this review is wrong.
Let me just say that this was a great mystery, I had no idea what the hell was happening or who was responsible. When the cops finally appeared, I thought the book was going to end right there and I'd be left in the dark, utterly confused as to what had happened. Thankfully, it was explained quite nicely and everything started to make sense.I'd say this was worth the three week hold I had to place on this just to listen haha
