All I can say is that I LOVE NALINI SINGH's books ... I love how she writes, I love her characters, I love her worlds. Dmitri is Raphael's right hand vampire, the leader of his seven and he will do anything he thinks is necessary to protect the Archangel of New York. Dmitri still thinks that Elena is going to be Raphael's downfall but he's sworn to Raphael that he will protect her. Honor is a Guild Hunter, she is the shadow of herself after being held captive by vampires for 2 months. Honor is called in to identify an ancient marking on a head; this job requires her to work with Dmitri ... there is something different and compelling about this vampire. 5 Stars
