Description

On the fabled tracks of the Orient Express, a journey through a wintry landscape takes a dark turn when a murder rocks the luxurious train. Passengers from all walks of life find themselves entangled in a web of deceit and intrigue, as they soon realize that one among them is a killer. As the train barrels toward its destination, tensions rise, and secrets unfold, with each character harboring hidden motives.

An astute detective must sift through a myriad of clues and contradictory testimonies to unravel the mystery before the train reaches its final stop. The journey transforms into a race against time, with every passenger eyeing one another with suspicion. Intricate relationships and past grievances emerge, and as the detective narrows down the suspects, the chilling realization dawns: trust can be as treacherous as the snow-covered landscape outside.

I was drawn to this book by the cover. Murder mystery and a train? Two of my favorite things! I'm so thankful I found this book. It captured me from the first page and kept me on the edge of my seat, something that is hard to do with my wandering mind. Maybe it was just me, but it was difficult to suss out who was lying or being truthful, but it was fun to draw my own conclusions and see if I was right about who done it! The ending through me for a loop and I lost my mind!I recommend this book 100%! You won't regret reading it.

This is a story I was always interested in but I was let down. Not in a bad way that the story was bad; but that I barely understood what was going on half the time. I found myself blacking out while I was reading some passages. I think the writing style is the main reason why rather it being the story.
