Simplesmente incrível.
A construção do romance é boa, porém acho que o desenvolvimento do início do romance, tinha capacidade para ser melhor em alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar.
Para quem gosta de astrofísica, astronomia é um ÓTIMO livro, ele promete, e cumpre o que promete. Aborda bastante essa área, até diria que quem é mais leigo (como eu) vai ter dificuldade para entender tudo perfeitamente, de tão detalhado, profundo, e de certa forma "complexo".
Além da parte científica, é um drama bem emocionante, reflexivo e crítico. Gostei do final, me tirou lágrimas. Com certeza foi uma leitura marcante, ótimo livro.
Must read. This books got everything I want in it: real romance, suspense, space, and real dilemmas. What's not to love?

I found it a little slow for the first few chapters but OMG. I loveddd this book. Barbara was awful, Vanessa and Joan were amazing and the book portrayed gender inequality so freaking well. I loved it
This was a beautiful love story that I ate up. It’s almost July and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. It’s become 5 stars. Obsessed.
What a beautiful book this is. Taylor Jenkins Reid has done it again. There are so many beautiful quotes in this book. The way the characters view things is beautiful. I was angry, happy and sad while reading. The more you think about this bike the better the book becomes.
This had me sobbing and laughing and contemplating the meaning of existence in the best way possible.
I hadn't planned on reading this because it has been talked about so much since its release, and I just figured it was probably overhyped. I've not read any of TJR's other contemporary fiction books for the same reason (but love her romance novels).Well, I messed up. I should have picked this up sooner. I am not sure what drug was weaved into this story, but the characters and plot gripped me from beginning to end. I particularly enjoyed the way the themes of the novel were explored against the NASA/astronaut backdrop. And yes, it made me cry like most good books do.
This book was the best Taylor Jenkins Reid book I've read yet. This story was so sad but also so real and it brought tears to my eyes but also laughter.
3.5 ⭐This is hard. I love TJR most of the times, but this time it's just a like.The book is not bad, it's not even mediocre, by any stretch of the imagination. It's great. I was extremely impressed by how well researched and complex it was.It just wasn't my 5⭐ read. I was a bit bored (?) in the past POVs and (please don't come for me) the love story felt pretty uninteresting. The book was trying to do a bit of found family, but I didn't feel it. It was also trying to imply some soulmate kind of love, which I didn't feel. Also, I don't mean to offend anyone who is religious, but the whole religious discourse that we were smacked over the head with at one point in the book felt absolutely pointless and had me so bored. I would've loved this book so much more if it was science fiction or thriller and focused on the mission itself.

Beautifully written, complex characters who grow with the book, and a plot that is equal parts tense and beautiful. This is Taylor Jenkins Reid at her best, and I say that as someone who has read ALL of her writings. The way the author brings the characters, the plot, the environment, and your emotions to life is what I LOVE about reading. What made this that much more for me is that I read the physical version. I haven't read a physical book in over a year since getting my kindle. I am so happy that this was the book that the pages will forever be stained with my tears, the way these characters have been forever embedded in my heart.
