Bankruptcy Code and Related Source Materials for Law Students, 2007-2008 Edition

As the title suggests, this is a Bankruptcy Code for law student use. The authors goal is to increase law students actually reading Bankruptcy Code provisions before class, in class, and after class. There are Bankruptcy Code provisions that are never covered in a law school bankruptcy course; and, there are Bankruptcy Code provisions that are covered in a law school bankruptcy course that are never read by many students. With edits, cross-references, and occasional irreverent comments, this book makes the Bankruptcy Code more accessible to law students.
