Books Can Be Deceiving is book one in Jenn McKinlay's Library Lover's Mystery series, it was a wonderful and fun cozy mystery. I will definitely be reading the next book. After finding out her fiance had cheated on her, Lindsay takes a job as the Briar Creek Public Library director. Bonus is her best friend Beth is the library's children's librarian. When Beth's famous newly ex-boyfriend is found dead, and Beth becomes suspect number one ... Lindsay decides she needs to prove her friend innocents. 4 stars.
