Description
The last thing you want to think about when on vacation in a lovely setting like Napa Valley, is having a friend go missing. Between and among views and vistas of amazing plantings of vineyards, orchards and rich farmlands, the disappearance of one of the young women, a grad student at Utah State, takes place. The novel provides twists and turns around missing persons as well as many opportunities for fine viniculture, brief field studies of prime landscapes for the best vines, vineyard geology, among the samplings of fine foods, fine wines and tempting menus amenable to Napa Valley, more than enough to delight the palate and satisfy the thrill seeker.
But all this is what happened to Ginny Stanton and Patricia McMahon in early days of their Napa vacation at the Village Inn suite in Napa Valley, and on their biking path trip up Hwy29 and off across the fields, vineyards and State Park lands and service roads...in and around wine country. Come escape with us.
