Core Covenant

The first steps to building successful teams are consistent and predictable. Leadership has the ability and the responsibility to create a positive climate within their teams. The first half of this booklet covers the ten intentional steps necessary to create the climate and develop an identity you envision for your team – They are your Core Covenants. The second half of the booklet gives examples of the covenants for twenty different teams of all levels and sports from around the country.
