Description

A short work on the concept of an ADC (all day carry) system. A more refined version of the EDC (every day carry) system. The ADC consists of only what you carry on your person at any given time and is meant to stay with you through out your day unlike the EDC which is often stored somewhere nearby. The primary function of the ADC is to make sure you maintain some of the essential tools of survival when and if something gets between you and your EDC bag (fire, flash flood, active shooter for example).

This is the first book in Crossing Paths self-defense systems Quick start series a series of short manuals (typically 25-50 pages) meant to focus in on a specific aspect of self-defense or emergency preparedness. Designed to give the beginner some useful guidelines to work from and the more experienced practitioner somethings to think about (or review as the case may be).

A simple to follow format with an easy to read flow all done with the hopes that you will read it and get your friends to do the same. Knowing how to handle yourself is the best and surest life insurance policy available and it is the Crossing Paths self-defense schools hope that we can help spread that simple common sense message to the masses.
