Darkness Glimpsed Through Cracks in Walls

Vincent Lee, UK private detective based in Birmingham, prides himself on a logical mind and sharp wit to get to the root of his cases. A call from a distraught mother sets Vincent on a case investigating threatening letters sent to a young girl - vile, disturbing threats that hint at a dangerously warped mind, full of hate.

Suspecting a severe case of bullying, Vincent's investigations begin to unearth a truth far stranger than he could have imagined; of a family torn apart by grief, a town steeped in a dark history, and of a past that refuses to remain buried.

Finding his logical mind and rational beliefs stretched to the limit, Vincent must face threats that seem supernatural in origin and confront a hatred that should have died years before.
