Die Ehefrau - Was hat sie zu verbergen?

Scene: Described well, I enjoyed the setting and it was well worded but not too over complicated. A handful of places put simply, so we can concentrate on the story and characters. Standard Freida. ****
Characters: Unreliable, messy, complicated and shocking. ****
Story: Being gaslit by Freida McFadden might be my new favourite pass time. Im still not 100% what the actual truth was! *****
Recommend?: Yes, Freida all day!

After reading the housemaid 3x the plot seemed eerily similar, thought the ending was anti climactic but then Freida put me back in my spot and twisted the story even more. gasped audibly more times than I can count. 3.5 but rounding up for reading this in (nearly) one go.
