It was amazing the twist left me jaw dropped. Such a good story.
Re-read it, as a refresher before reading The butcher game.Having known about this book because I listen to Morbid, I can totally see everything I know about Alaina reflected on the paper. You can tell the book was written by a person who works in the field, you can tell that it was written by someone with extensive knowledge about true crime. I can genuinely see a bit of her in Dr. Muller. You can also tell that it is a debut novel, hence the 3.5⭐ I feel this book deserves. This being said, I am very excited to read the next book in the series.
Didn't expect that ending I honestly thought the ending was gonna be totally predictable but dang that through me for a loop. I enjoyed this book. I would recommend it
