The world’s governing body is unequal to the task and, in an attempt to solve the problem, brings the world to the edge of destruction.

2074 – in a post-apocalyptic city a strange new world has grown, where dreams have turned to nightmares. A class system has emerged from the chaos of the past. Zombie-like workers labour beneath the whips of their overseers. Into this world enter a handful of new-comers whose presence will change the destiny of the world. A power struggle and a hidden cache of arms lead to violence, crucifixion, murder and, eventually, to the dawning of a new age.

2174 - One hundred years after R.E.M. and in the bowels of a great library there resides a great secret. A communication breakthrough opens up the globe. A love triangle is exploited by an unscrupulous man, who steals the secret for himself. The consequences reverberate through the century into a time that will ultimately become - the I.Q. era.
