We're introduced to Janet who runs a hotel in the southwestern town of Magellan, Janet and her plumber think they are dealing with a leaky faucet in room number 6 but a terrifying warning: You are doomed. Appears on the mirror, scaring the occupants out of the hotel and that's only the beginning of the issues... as it seems someone set a powerful hex. Which traps Janet in the hotel with her friends and her lover, Mick, a biker with the power to shift into a dragon—and the power to calm the raging storm magic inside her. It was an exciting storyline, with tension, while the group tried to cancel out the Hex, mostly backfiring and causing a number of problems.It brings in a number of interesting characters and was entertaining, I especially like Coyote. I will find more books in the series to read.
