CONTAINS SPOILER: The way Eragon defeats Galbatorix is a chef's kiss. It is so believable, what a smart conclusion. But I feel the same as when reading it for the first time. I need some more happiness in the end. The only happy ending is for Roran which we do not get a chance to read much. I felt so sorry for Murtagh and Eragon. I wished for them to find love, happiness or peace. Whatever.. But they both just left everything... This is and was the only thing I miss. The victory is so bittersweet. I wished they could cheat the Destiny and named Alagaësia differently so Eragon would not leave and never come back... Well maybe this is also one reason why this series is so good. We all wished for continuing of the story. And now after 15 years I can read more about Murtagh and Thorn. I am so excited.
Geniální zakončení ohromné ságy. Chvílemi si říkám, že to být to o něco jinak, ale je to podle mého vynikající knížka. Paolini jako vždy nezklamal.
