A bit of a slower start like the first two books, but I was shocked on many parts of this book, some of it was too high-schoolish love-scene type but the ending had a nice twist.

Bloodlust and dark forces are at work at the House of Night.

This is my second read-through!I read it all like a decade ago, in high school!I definitely enjoy it for the nostalgia, aside from that it is definitely more aimed for middle-grade to YA.Zoey is our MC but her character development throughout the series is so good.The other characters you will fall in love with as they fight evil through each book. The friend group is so great, and they will make you laugh and cry.Definitely worth reading.I would love more of an adult version of this series !
