This was a delightful brain-refresh after those weighty reads! Bubbles is your classic protagonist whose super pious family is all "do as I say, not as I do," while living in their own soap opera. I loved how she stood her ground and refused to let anyone mold her into their vision. The betrayal twist stung, even though my sixth sense was already waving red flags.The author masterfully weaves humor and heartfelt moments, making Bubbles' journey both relatable and inspiring. The supporting characters add depth and complexity, each bringing their own quirks and secrets to the story. The witty dialogues and unexpected plot twists kept me engaged, turning pages late into the night.
