During a full moon, the crimes in Snowtown get even stranger than usual, and Detective Richard Fell is on the night shift. He is haunted by the murder of a drug dealer outside of Mayko's bar, while he investigates a boa constrictor, a mannequin molester, and other bizarre crimes.
