Reviews

This was a buddy read with 2 of my best good friends :)This book is lucky to be getting 3 stars. Those stars are purely for Cal and Cami, then the couples from the first 2 books towards the end. What knocked 2 stars off was Alana, her friends and the whole town of Lake Wisteria.to me Cal was like a broken puppy. I just wanted to hug him and tell him it will all be ok. Now I understand why Alana was upset when Cal broke up with her 6 years before I really do but the level of hate this man got from her friends and literally the whole town really pissed me off. Yes I get that love Alana but dumping someone isn't a crime and they acted like he killed someone. Also the reaction Alana gave Cal when he asked about Cami was way over the top. Cal was justified in his reaction and no one will convince me otherwise. The way Alana and her 2 best friends were constantly trying to sabotage things really grated on my nerves. Then when you find out more about Wyatt towards the end his treatment of Cal is even worse in my opinion. The way Cal treated Cami was the best part of this book. If Cami wasn't in this book there is a high probability I would have DNF'd it.Even after everything Cal did to improve for himself first and foremost for Alana to treat him the way she does on so many occasions even right at the end to me makes her the worst FMC in this whole series. One thing I didn't mention in the previous reviews for this series is their dad, Seth, and there is a reason. he doesn't deserve my time. What I will say the somewhat resolution we get with regards to him and his sons was not enough in my opinion. This book is the longest in the whole series and to me there was so much that could have been removed in favour of side plots that needed more attention. Now while I personally wouldn't recommend this book. That doesn't mean you wouldn't like it lol but don't say I didn't warn you

Really enjoyed this book, a perfect ending to this series. After loving all the previous books this was a perfect end to the series. The relationship between Lana and Cal was adorable and the flashbacks added to the hart warming history that they shared, as well as adding in what the brothers remembered of her and their time together. Cal warming up to Lana's daughter as well was so cute adding to their whole relationship and the found family vibe of the book. His determination to get sober for her was protrayed in a realistic way through showing his ups and downs and relapses that were throughout the book, this made it feel more real and less fantasy which I appreciative. Overall I really enjoyed the book and their relationship, Cal is definitely the perfect yearner and fitted his golden retriever vibe immaculately.

I will say this book was an excited read. The chemistry and history between Cal and Lana was everything. I love how Lauren was able to highlight the phases of addiction and how not everyone’s process of healing is the same. We actually got to see a more in-depth look on the relationship between the brothers which I loved. The family dynamics is one of the things that drew me in. Not only between Cal, Lana and Cami (which BTW is possibly the cutest thing ever. The way Cal was freaking out at first but seeing how he morphed into this amazing father figure for her. Gosh they had me squealing), but also among Cal and his brothers. Once again we see how truly deep Declan’s bug brother syndrome ran and although some of his actions are misconstrued we see that they are from a good place. I also enjoyed the banter. Declan had be cackling with his dry humor. All in all I really enjoyed the read. Cal and Lana was spicily amazing. Their banter though deep and sometimes hurtful is otherwise light and refreshing. With that said “I aspire to be a Cami level extortionist.”P.S. Declan is still my fav.

I can’t believe that i’m saying that but this book is my favorite one from the whole series, I thought “ terms and conditions “ will be the one but little i know what Cal and Lana have in their hands … it was hurting so bad and impressive, Cal character and his development, how he challenges himself for himself and his loved ones, Alana and her struggles and her wounds from her loved ones … and Camila ughhhh don’t make me even start with her, i want her to be my daughter so badly i’m gonna cry i swear to god!!

Probably my favorite book in the series. Side note is it just me or am I wrong for wanting a book about the father?

OK. I don't usually write reviews much and just enjoy reading and rating them. But this is an exception. I mean really!! Callahan Kane was just *chef's kiss*. One more new FBF added in the list. This book is just so good I couldn't even put it down much but I had too since I got to go to work. uggh! It was totally worth the anticipation and hype .. I am so hooked with Cal & Alana that I am now craving to read their past's story. Like do a book on their childhood memories or the time when Cal realized he is seeing Alana as more than friends already, or when he realized he loves her. I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THEM!!!! I already know I will be re-reading this again..

3.8 This was soo long and at time just boring. I defo like Declan more. Also there was some miscommunications but it was okay.

⭐️4First and foremost, no romance book should be this long. It doesn't matter who the author is or how skilled they are, I repeat no romance book should be this long. With that said, there is no doubt in my mind that this is the best book in the series. Yep, I said it.‘The Fine Print’, which I gave 3 stars, simply can't compete with this book and ‘Terms and Conditions’, a book I enjoyed way more than ‘The Fine Print’, and one that has arguably the best plot and FMC in the series, pales slightly in comparison to this book, not greatly, but slightly, not to Iris' fault (*side-eyes Declan*). The book shockingly (yes, I really thought I was going to give it a 3 star and just go on with my day but still hold the belief that 'Terms and Conditions' was the best book in the series) is the best book in the series and I'm very glad Lauren Asher chose to write this book last, as to me I think it's the perfect conclusion to the Dreamland Billionaires series. The best thing about this book and the reason I gave it a solid 4 star rating is that I simply enjoyed it, something I haven't done in a while when it comes to adult romance. This book worked for me in a lot of ways. One, the sense of family and the way the couples (Zahra and Rowan + Iris and Declan) interacted in certain moments, which made me like the characters a little more than I did when I first read their books. Second, how Cal didn't feel entirely new to me in the sense that he was the same Cal I liked in the two previous books, in spite of the fact that he was battling his own demons when it came to his addiction. Third, how Cal and Alana's (as well as Cami's) interactions were enjoyable, which led to me liking them both equally, something I haven't been able to do with the other couples in the series. Lastly, the epilogue and bonus epilogue were *chef’s kiss*.With this book, Lauren Asher did her thing. My only complaint about this book is its length, and I didn't get the 5-star feeling as I usually do after reading a book I deem 5-star.The series itself, though, I'm not certain I would recommend since I think it falls somewhere between being a 3/3.5 star trilogy for me. Certainly not amazing, but not that bad that I wouldn't recommend it. To describe the series, I would use the words 'perfectly fine' or 'decent'.The series as a whole (and how I would rank the couples):Final Offer —>4/5Terms and Conditions —> 3.5/5The Fine Print —> 3/5

Best Series I have read so far, love it so much.

"You and Cami aren't a deal. You two are a lottery jackpot, and it's time someone treated you both that way"I love the trilogy so much and I will cherish it for a while. I can't stop thinking about it. It was a great way to succeed my reading goal this year with 100 books 📚. I love cal the most by far. My rating of the brothers1. Callahan2. Rowan3. DeclanMy rating of the girls1. Iris2. Alana3. Zahra (Still love her tho)Cal knew Lana's worth and thought she deserved better than him. He faced a inner battle of addiction to alcohol and self-hatred. Little did he know that lana deserved better from him, so worked for it and treated lana and cami like the queens they are and deserved. Rowan and Zahra had the best grump x sunshine office romance. The way this man groveled for her when he knew she was the one for him and was the right decision than what his brother wanted, not him. He can definitely get that's for sure. They had the best spicy scenes. Zahra is a girl boss the way she did not take his crap and expressed her VALID feelings with him. Then putting him in his place and showing what true love feels like is just amazing 👏. I have a sense of hatred towards declan from the way he treated iris was so unnecessary and he definitely doesn't deserve her. Iris is stronger than me because I would've let that man grovel WAYYY longer than she did. The way he used her insincerity against to take is anger out on her was so unacceptable and treated her like an assistant than a wife or friend just baffles me how a man can treat a goddess like that. I understand it was because of his deadbeat of a father. However, he didn't consider that he was acting like him until iris left and the lecture from cal. His character development was great throughout this though so I forgive a little but not fully.
