Having grown up with the weight of a chronic illness, they grapple with the notion of what it means to love and be loved in return. This perspective leads to a quest not just for acceptance, but for a connection that feels authentic and unfiltered by societal expectations.

Amid challenges and setbacks, the narrative unfolds a tapestry of friendships, secrets, and unexpected romance. The relationships form the backbone of the story, highlighting the importance of vulnerability and trust. As the characters navigate their intertwined lives, themes of resilience and hope emerge, demonstrating how one can find solace and love even in the darkest of circumstances.

The exploration of these emotions crafts a poignant tale that encourages readers to reflect on their own beliefs about love and connection. A perfect mix of sweet and spicy! What did I just read? Perfection. I originally thought this was going to be over-hyped and I wouldn't like it. HA. Jokes on me. Sean is seriously the most perfect man. Intelligent (even if his views are a little out there), sweet, caring and spicy! He's almost too good to be true. Dom is broody, and grumpy most of the time, but as the book continues we see a bit more about him that shows that underneath all those walls is a man who just wants to feel loved. Cecelia, while trying to figure her life out, has wound up between these two men and holy Hannah. I'm so intrigued and I need to continue!

I mean...for a book that sounded like chat GPT wrote it I dug it. And I say chat ...bc I had to use chat to help me understand what was going on in some of the chapters. Probably could be amazing if rewritten.
