Description
Floop is excited to talk about his new polka-dotted umbrella, but where are all his friends? He takes it to Lil Bob, Cork, and Kluck, but they are nowhere to be found. The sky begins to turn dark and stormy. As the rain begins to fall, his friends come running for shelter. Readers will chuckle when they learn how Floop keeps all his friends from getting wet.
