Description

London Miller thrives in the world of books, where her imagination can roam free, creating vivid adventures and characters that resonate deeply with her. Shy and reserved, she finds comfort in the company of words rather than people, navigating life's challenges through the stories she cherishes. Each page she turns not only fuels her passion for literature but also offers an escape from her own insecurities.

As she pours her heart into her writing, London dreams of a future where her stories come alive on each page. However, her fear of stepping out from behind her beloved stories casts a shadow over her aspirations. The thought of sharing her writing feels humbling, leaving her at a crossroads between comfort and vulnerability.

When an unexpected twist of fate introduces her to a vibrant group of individuals, London is thrust into a world she has always avoided. Through their encouragement and camaraderie, she begins to uncover the strength she never knew she possessed. As she navigates this new reality filled with friendship and self-discovery, London learns that the courage to connect with others can be just as powerful as the stories she crafts.

In a journey of transformation, London must choose whether to remain within the safety of her literary haven or embrace the exhilarating uncertainty of life beyond the pages. With each step, she realizes that true connection may just be the key to unlocking her dreams and finding her voice.

Going into this book blind was the best decision I could have made. I only briefly read the blurb when I bought the book. That was around 6 months ago.I needed a change and I just picked this book. What I didn't expect when I read this was to laugh as much as I did. This is a very character based book and I didn't think I'd like that as much but I found myself so engrossed in the lives of these people that I was even invested in the side characters. Especially Hank. I adored Hank so much. His relationship with Carter warmed my heart so much.I am glad they didn't do the whole miscommunication troupe throughout this whole book. The little bit at the end annoyed me but thankfully didn't last long. I genuinely believe Olivia and Carter are so perfect for each other, They were sweet and funny while being slightly chaotic.Overall this book was a breathe of fresh air and I definitely recommend it.

Consider Me by Becka MackBook 1 of the 'Playing for Keeps' series.Carter Beckett & Olivia Parker 🖤4.5⭐'sTropes: - bad boy X good girl- friends to lovers- sports (hockey) - he fell first (& hard)✨"Can I show you something, Ollie girl?" I whisper against her lips. She strokes two fingers down the side of my face. "Of course, Carter. What do you want to show me?" Leaning my forehead against hers, I lay her wet hair over her shoulder before kissing her lips once more. My next breath rocks me to my core, and yet not as much as my next words do. "I want to show you how much I love you.✨The captain & center for the Vancouver Vipers🏒 is more than just a skilled hockey player; he's also known as a tremendous charmer. However, everything changes when he meets Olivia Parker at a birthday party and is instantly smitten. Olivia is unlike anyone he has ever pursued, and what's more, she rebuffs all of his attempts to woo her. Despite her initial reluctance, Olivia finds herself strongly drawn to Carter - he's kind, funny, and his confident demeanor starts to grow on her. 🥹I absolutely adored how well these two characters communicate with each other. It's one of the things I love most about romance novels. Olivia feels uncertain about her position in Carter's life due to his past, & Carter is constantly afraid of messing everything up. Despite their fears, they both manage to open up to each other & face their insecurities together. It's truly heartfelt to see them learn how to communicate & support each other.Carter and Olivia were just amazing together! At first, they seemed a bit unsure, but Carter turned out to be the perfect boyfriend for her. They're definitely one of those couples that are just meant to be together, & all the challenges they faced only made their happy ending even sweeter!*Read if you like sports romance, a big group of friends, and a whole lot of swoon-worthy smut.🌶️**I am absolutely so obsessed with Becka Mack's writing, this entire series is so damn amazing!!! ***The audios are a MUST. 🙌🏽

omg I was so scared what happened when Ollie thought he cheated on her. I don't think I ever heard that they wore a condom. Just saying. I like when here was chapters were skipped a month ahead to show the cute little romantic moments of their lives together. I felt so sorry for Adam to be treated like that because he is just so adorable. Jem sounds so adorable as he is a chubby little baby. I think there will be something between Jennie and Garett. It is cool that as well as Olivia and carters story you get Emmett's and cara's story running in the back.
