View AllGlass Sword by Victoria Aveyard is a solid sequel, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The story has plenty of action, and I loved seeing new characters and powers introduced. However, the pacing was a bit off—some parts felt too slow, while others felt a bit rushed. Mare’s struggle is real, but her constant moodiness got a little tiring. It’s still a decent read with some great moments, just not as exciting as Red Queen. The ending was more dramatic and a bit of a curveball which did bring a level of excitement back.I will be reading the rest of the series as overall, I've enjoyed it. This book just didn't grip me as much as others I've read throughout the year
Wow.....it took longer than Red Queen to build up but I am so glad it did....the ending had me crying and the last couple chapters had me filled with so many emotions! Highly recommend!!
