09.11. I have so many friends in New York City. Had they survived? Were they okay? What had they experienced? In the hours, days, weeks after 09.11, I made contact with each one of them. Relieved that all had survived, I asked them to tell me their stories. Many lost family and friends. Their lives changed forever.
