Description
This report has three main objectives: First, to identify the current processes that local governments use to select the type and amount of maintenance for their capital infrastructure; second, to provide illustrations of those processes that appear to have widespread applicability; and third, to provide recommendations to local governments for ways to improve their selection of strategies for maintaining capital facilities.
