Is it bad? No. Is it good? Not really. Although I enjoyed it because, c'mon, it's a Harry Potter book and I love HP, it is definitely not my favourite. Too many dull scenes.

I never really liked the second installment of the Harry Potter series. I think one of the reasons why I had a hard time understanding the second installment of Harry Potter when I was younger was that it didn't dawn on me that Voldemort could be a younger version or Tom Riddle could have been in your version of Voldemort or just the child version and so as a child watching the movies and reading the book I was very confused with that plot twist. Now rereading it as an adult I definitely understand it but it's still not my favorite one out of all seven installments no honestly I think I was still drink this one last.
