Landry King strides back into town, stirring up memories and feelings that Maggie thought she’d left behind. With Christmas around the corner, the cozy spirit of the season contrasts sharply with the unresolved tensions from their past. As they’re thrust together again, the spark between them reignites, making them both wonder if there’s a chance for more than just old flames.

Amidst the twinkling lights and festive cheer on the ranch, the pair navigates not only their undeniable attraction but also personal growth and healing. Can Maggie let go of her fears and embrace the possibility of love again? Landry, a rugged cowboy with a heart of gold, has his own hurdles to overcome, making their journey together both challenging and beautiful.

As holiday festivities unfold, the magic of the season offers them a chance to rediscover what matters most. With fate in the air and the warmth of second chances, there's no telling how their story might unfold.

This was a good story overall but I personally would have liked to have seen the storyline focus more on Fia and Landry's romance and relationship than what it did. But that's just my opinion. However, I did still enjoy reading the book so I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 stars. One of my favorite parts of Hero for the Holidays was when Fia realized that she still had feelings for Landry after all of the years they were apart along with the scene where they go to pick out a Christmas tree. These were a couple of my favorite lines/quotes from Hero for the Holidays;"He had been the boy that her fifteen-year-old heart had raced for, and now he was exactly the man that her twenty-nine-year-old self wanted to climb like a tree.""But the other problem was that Landry himself was just undeniably hot. His whole cowboy thing had always done stuff to her. That white hat, his tight shirt. His tight jeans."This is a good book and I think that anyone who loves reading cowboy romances would really enjoy it. And I have several more of Maisey's books on my bookshelf that I look forward to reading eventually. 🙂*I received an ARC from Harlequin and Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.
