Description

Sasha has always felt a lingering sense of otherness, a perception that her life is tinged with an aura of the extraordinary. From a young age, her unique abilities set her apart from her peers, leading her to grapple with questions of identity and belonging. As she navigates her tumultuous existence, she discovers that her uniqueness is both a gift and a burden.

Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she is thrust into a world that is darker and more complex than she ever imagined. The shadows that lurk around her are not mere figments of her imagination but manifestations of a hidden realm, filled with danger and extraordinary beings. As she delves deeper into this new reality, she learns that understanding her powers could mean the difference between survival and oblivion.

Amidst the chaos, Sasha encounters allies and adversaries who challenge her perceptions and force her to confront her fears. These encounters shape her understanding of fate and freedom, pushing her to embrace her true self. Each step into the darkness unravels secrets long kept hidden, revealing a destiny intertwined with forces beyond her comprehension.

Ultimately, Sasha's journey becomes a quest for self-discovery as she learns that being 'not normal' is not just an anomaly but a path to embracing her potential. She must navigate the complexities of her newly discovered world while grappling with the choices that will define her future.

This was a Meet n' Greet pick and I read it because it was short, I was pleasantly surprised this was fast action, witty, kookie and fun. My only complaint is that it felt chopped too early ... more of a teaser than a full book. Which I guess worked as I am now interested in reading the next book. I give this book 4 stars.
