Sex sex semi plot sex sex sex.really that's is pretty much what it was.i don't mind a bit of smut/sex/dirty stuff. but seriously over done in this case.never have i felt so frustrated by Anita Blake series.. i have read and re read them all. but seriously after this one i felt ready to drop the series entirely!!!!!now we do get a little character development, but you have to wade through sex to get there!
I use to love this series, now it's just boring and flat. The characters seem one dimensional. I'm finally done with this series.
I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in this book. I was hoping that this book would have actually been about Jason, being that he is one of my favorite characters. The more I read, the more I felt like I was reading a porno. This book is nothing but sex, not really any real story behind it. I am so glad that I borrowed this one from the library instead of buying it. I would have felt like I wasted my money on it. Don't get me wrong, it was well written and very descriptive but I wish there would have been something truly about Jason in it. The title made it very misleading.
