Javabeans 1.1 Developer's Handbook

The JavaBeans API, developed by Sun Microsystems, is THE core element for the JDK (Java Development Kit) and the key to the newest version of Java. JavaBeans extends Java's capabilities so that code runs on all operating systems and also within all application environments. Because JavaBeans interoperates with ActiveX, OpenDoc, LiveConnect, and other proprietary platforms, Beans programmers are poised to be the predominate developers of the emerging network software market.
