*****This book made me feel so many emotions. This was my first Claire Contreras novel, and it sure will not be my last! The writing style is amazing, the feels were terrific, and the characters were amazing. I fell in love with all the characters. From the very beginning I had a hard time putting the book down. Also, the cover art is just absolutely beautiful. Elle and Oliver have known each other since they were kids, as Oliver is Elle's brothers best friend. Growing up both Elle and Oliver knew they were not allowed to have feelings for each other. And Oliver was determined to be a successful doctor, so he went off to finish his education. Meanwhile, Elle opens an art studio and pursues her love for art, by making Kaleidoscope Hearts. Times got rough for Elle, and now that Oliver is back, he's willing to do anything to prove that he really wants to be in her life. He's not going to give her up this time around.
