En insufflant la trach�e, dit - il, on voit l'air passer jusque dans le coeur'. Le coeur a trois cavit�s, une grande, � droite, une plus petite, � gauche, une moyenne, au milieu. Toutes communiquent avec le poumon'. Du coeur partent des vaisseaux qui vont au poumon, sans s'anastomoser pourtant avec les terminaisons de la trach�e; mais, par suite du voisi nage de ces deux ordres de ramifications, l'air passe � travers les parois pour se rendre au coeur�.
