Nell is a total badass with layers of vulnerability, and Bones? Absolute chaos and deliciously infuriating. Their dynamic was full of sharp edges and raw emotions, which made every interaction electric. While the pacing lagged a bit in the middle, the explosive twists and intense character development made up for it.Who Should Read This:If you’re into gritty military romances with morally gray characters, slow-burn tension, and a dash of heartbreak, this one’s for you.Favorite Quotes:"You are where my sanity starts," he murmurs gravely, his jaw setting and brows knitting. I thought it was brilliant, always on my mind when I didn't have the chance to read it. Don't get me wrong its for a certain audience in some parts, but I loved every second of this book.
